Ranjini Rao H S
Director
Ranjini, a recent Indian School of Business graduate, has developed leadership curricula in Accra, directed an animal welfare video series, and co-founded Women Work Wonders in Nigeria. Her experience includes roles with the Government of Karnataka and a two-year Government of India fellowship focused on stakeholder engagement and initiatives like Karnataka Skill Connect.
Harsha M Krishna
Director
Harsha, a Senior Fellow at Global Solvers Accelerator, is a business developer focused on empowering artisans and marginalized groups. He also leads entrepreneurship workshops for women through Rotary Bangalore South Parade and advocates for sustainable economic growth. His work aims to create lasting, positive impact in communities.
Rubnawas N
Hub Manager, India
Nawaz is keen to expand his work towards localizing the United Nations SDGs. An alumnus of IIM-Bangalore, he has rich experience working with local governance stakeholders in entrepreneurship and community affairs. His other interest areas include politics, technology, and sustainable development. Nawaz holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering & a Master’s in Development Studies.
Eric Nii Odonkor
Global Hub Manager
Eric is holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Ghana, with certifications in Project Management and practical experience leading programs and initiatives in diverse teams. His experience working with Dear Young Graduate and Sankofa Mentorship Hub aligns strongly with his new position as Global Hub Manager at the Melton Foundation.
